As seniors get older, assistance and supervision may be required. Most of the families need to go to work and take care of their kids, and may not always have the ability to take care of the elderly during the day. When you enroll your loved ones at Sundance, you can be assured that they will get the social or medial attention they need. It’s our mission to take care of your family members and help prolong their independence, improve health, and give them a source of entertainment and joy in their daily lives.
At Sundance, we can assist you with a number of beneficial senior care programs, designed to enhance the quality of life for the elderly, while nurturing, monitoring, and improving physical and mental health.
- Social Adult Day Centers
- Home Care
- Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program
- Food Pantry
- Medicaid Assistance
- Social Services and more
When you choose Sundance senior day care, you can count on working with experienced caring professionals who have your loved one’s best interests at heart. We are focused on keeping seniors healthy, nurtured, and safe, while giving their families peace of mind! Whether for work or other responsibilities, when you can’t be there, we will fill in the gaps so that your elderly family members always have someone watching out for them.
We offer two convenient locations for residents of Brooklyn, NY. Seniors can choose either one of our Social Adult Day Centers on Flatbush Avenue or Utica Avenue. If you are unable to drive the elderly to our centers, we will provide door-to-door transportation. Our hours of operation include all weekdays, and weekends upon request.
"My mom has been attending Sundance for nearly two years now. The staff is always very welcoming and caring. I know I'm leaving her in good hands. The programming is very interactive and stimulating. I would highly recommend it to other families!"
"I have been part of Sundance community for 5 years. I am very grateful that my family found out about this center. Every day I have something to look forward to, people to talk to, and stories to share. I may be old, but my life is never boring."
