Our Home Care services are available for seniors in Brooklyn

We Provide Home Care Services
As people in our families begin to age, it becomes more difficult for them to perform simple daily tasks. It is not uncommon for the elderly to get hurt while attempting to cater to themselves while alone. There is no need to risk our loved ones hurting themselves when you can take advantage of the Home Care services we offer. A professional and certified caregiver may visit the elderly in the comfort of their own home, and assist with tasks, such as, cooking, shopping, or going for walks.
Additional Benefits of Home Care
Our Home Care assistance allows seniors to remain in the comfort of their own homes longer. You can be assured that they are nourished and taken care of when you are not around. With help of our in-home caregiver assistance, your family member can continue living safely at home, in place of a nursing home.
How to Apply for Home Care
If you believe you or your elderly family member needs in-home assistance, we can help you. Simply give us a call at 929.234.2900 and speak to one of our representatives to schedule an appointment to see if you or your loved one qualify for the Home Care services at no cost.

You May Also Apply for Day Care
Although Home Care services allow seniors to function with assistance in their own homes, at times, it is a good option to socialize outside with their peers outside of their homes. Take advantage of our Senior Day Care centers in Brooklyn, where you or your family member can engage in social activities in safe and supervised environment.

Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP)
The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program is a Medicaid program that allows patients or their care managers the choice to hire a caregiver they select. This caregiver doesn’t require previous experience and can be a friend, neighbor, or family members. While this program offers flexibility, it also comes with responsibility for you to train your caregiver. For inquiries about CDPAP, please contact one of our Centers.
